Return Policy

At RxT, we value our customers and aim to provide the best experience when purchasing or renting our sport recovery products. This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, returns, and replacements are handled for both purchases and rental agreements.

Purchases

Our products are covered under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which includes a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.

Returns for Faulty or Defective Products:

If a purchased product is faulty, damaged, or defective:

  • You must notify RxT within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • RxT will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost.

  • After 14 days, repairs or replacements will be handled under the warranty terms.

Note: Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs is not covered under warranty.

Returns for Change of Mind:

  • You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product if it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Once the item is inspected and approved, a full refund will be issued excluding shipping costs.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Rentals

Our rental service is designed to provide temporary access to our recovery technology.

The following terms apply:

Deposit:

  • A refundable deposit is required at the time of rental to cover potential damages or late returns.

  • The deposit amount will be specified in the rental agreement before payment.

  • The deposit will be fully refunded if the equipment is returned:

    • In good condition, and

    • On the agreed return date.

If the equipment is damaged, missing parts, or returned late, RxT reserves the right to:

  • Deduct repair or replacement costs, or

  • Withhold part or all of the deposit.

Refunds for Unused Rental Periods:

If you return the equipment earlier than the agreed rental period, RxT will refund the unused portion of the rental fee, calculated on a pro-rata basis.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • No refunds will be given if the equipment was used incorrectly or damaged due to negligence.

  • Refunds will not be issued if you fail to follow safety instructions or contraindications provided by RxT.

Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing or renting from RxT, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are responsible for reading and understanding all contraindications and instructions for use before operating any RxT equipment.

  • RxT is not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from incorrect use of the equipment.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the equipment is used in a safe environment and according to the provided guidelines.

How to Request a Refund or Return

To request a refund or return:

  1. Contact RxT at contact@rxt-recovery.com or +356 79292103 within the required timeframe.

  2. Provide your order or rental agreement number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue.

  3. RxT will review the request and provide next steps, including shipping instructions or an appointment for inspection.
