At RxT, our goal is to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for both purchased products and rental equipment.
This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery options, and responsibilities for both you (the customer) and RxT.
By placing an order or rental request through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver orders to all locations within Malta and Gozo.
If you are located outside Malta and would like to purchase our products, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm shipping availability and costs.
Processing Time

Orders for purchase are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Rental requests are processed based on equipment availability and scheduling for delivery or pickup.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Express Delivery (Malta): Next-day delivery (when available)

Gozo Deliveries: 2–4 business days

Rental and some products are only available with pick-up
Note: If multiple items are ordered together, fees may be combined or adjusted depending on the total weight and volume.
Encouraging In-Store Pickup
At RxT, we strongly encourage customers to collect their products in person whenever possible.
This allows us to:

Provide personalized guidance on proper product use

Offer a live demonstration of the equipment

Ensure customers understand safety precautions and contraindications

Answer any questions before the product is taken home
Choosing in-store pickup helps customers feel confident about using their equipment safely and effectively while reducing the risk of misuse or injury.
Handling Delays or Missed Deliveries

If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may attempt a second delivery or hold the package at a pickup point.

Additional fees may apply for repeated missed deliveries.
Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during delivery:

Notify RxT within 48 hours of delivery attempt or expected delivery date.

Provide photos of any damage, if applicable.

RxT will investigate and, if confirmed:

Arrange a replacement, or
-
Issue a refund according to our Refund & Return Policy.
Customer Responsibilities

Ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing an order or rental request.

Inspect delivered items immediately and report any damage within 48 hours.

For rentals:

Be available at the scheduled delivery and pickup times.

Return equipment in good working condition, following the instructions provided.
International Orders

We currently do not offer automatic international shipping.
If you are interested in purchasing from outside Malta: -

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
