This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage for purchased products and the replacement options for rented equipment.
By purchasing or renting equipment from RxT, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Warranty for Purchased Products
All new products purchased from RxT are covered by a 2-year legal warranty in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Coverage Includes:

Manufacturing defects

Hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse

Electrical or mechanical faults occurring during normal use
Coverage Does Not Include:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling

Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications

Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches, worn accessories)

Use of the product for commercial purposes outside the recommended scope
Warranty Process for Purchases
If your product experiences a fault covered under warranty:

Provide your order number, purchase date, and description of the issue.
Assessment – We may ask you to provide photos or bring the product to our location for evaluation.
Resolution Options:

Repair of the product at no cost

Replacement with an equivalent product

Refund if a repair or replacement is not possible
Note: Warranty repairs or replacements do not reset or extend the original 2-year warranty period.
Warranty for Rental Equipment
RxT provides fully tested and functional equipment at the start of every rental period.
If an issue occurs:

Contact us immediately for troubleshooting.

If the fault is not caused by misuse, we will:

Replace the equipment as soon as possible, or
-
Refund the portion of the rental fee for the unused rental period.

Customer Responsibility for Rental Equipment
Customers are financially responsible for:

Any damage or loss caused by improper use or negligence

Returning the equipment in good condition at the end of the rental period

Allowing RxT to inspect the equipment upon return
A deposit may be required at the start of the rental. This deposit will be returned once the equipment has been checked and confirmed to be in proper condition.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser or renter.

RxT reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the issue is found to be due to misuse or falls outside the coverage terms.

For professional equipment used in a physiotherapy or rehabilitation center, the warranty may have different coverage terms, which will be provided at the time of purchase.
